Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused items in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Event Tickets
Tickets for events, classes, or gatherings are generally non-refundable due to limited capacity. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest.
If Patine cancels an event, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
